This gentle Low Back Pain class & shorter practices are simple, calming and effective to stretch and strengthen in all the right places to help relieve tension, aching and pain in your low back, hips and legs.
In just one class you'll increase blood flow and release tension from the muscles in your hips and lower back. With regular practice you’ll improve hip mobility, stabilize your hips and back, and decrease overall tension and pain
Modifications are built in screen so this class is appropriate for all levels!
Very relaxing and relieving with gentle hip openers, back stretches and mild strengtheners.
