How to Resolve The Error BOOT MGR MISSING

ERROR…
“BOOT MGR MISSING”
PRESS CTRL, ALT, DEL TO RESTART

Keyboard is not taking I/O, CD or USB won't boot sys repair.
You seem to be in a bad way...
Here's what I would do next.
You can't access the BIOS because your keyboard doesn't work...

Step 1: Unplug the power and remove the battery from the MB.
It's a small watch battery sitting on the MB somewhere.
Leave it removed for a while so that the BIOS defaults to its original settings (most forums suggest at least 30 minutes).

Step 2: Remove all HDD from the computer except the 1 you want to install Win7 on.

Step 3: Boot up the computer and Instantly enter the BIOS (Delete Key on Gigabyte boards)

Step 4: Setup the BIOS as needed, basically it's a Good Idea to choose "Optimized Default Settings" and then make sure AHCI is enabled. Leave everything else alone.

Step 5: Install Win7 to the New HDD using the "wipe the HDD" option (format, new partition, whatever it's called).

Step 6: Assuming this has worked and you get to this step, after Windows is installed and you're happy with it, feel Free to add the other HDDs back in and set them up as needed. Good luck, hopefully removing the battery will default your BIOS and you can get back in. It should, but you never know.

Another Short Way…

-Turn Off System till 20-30 minutes
-Then after start your system
-Either keyboard I/O will be working..
